As the COVID-19 situation has unfolded, ISAR’s mandate of promoting high-quality financial and non-financial reporting by enterprises around the world , and monitoring developments in the field of accounting and reporting matters even more than ever. Accounting and reporting play an important role in supporting transparency and organizational efforts in navigating disturbances in the global economic environment caused by COVID-19. Responding to this dynamic risk, and to deal with the pandemic’s impacts on our society, organizations require timely information, resources, practical guidance and sharing best practices and impactful measures.
