Together with a group of FBN game-changers, Caroline co-created Polaris – a global movement of Family Business as a Force for Good. An advocate of purpose and inclusive business, she develops frameworks and platforms to build trust between sectors, foster cross-pollination of ideas and catalyze for-profit and non-profit partnerships.

Caroline believes that with their long-term vision and values-based entrepreneurship, family businesses are uniquely positioned to be transformative agents – leading a reset of capitalism from shareholder primacy to delivering long-term value for all stakeholders.
Caroline’s previous roles include community work in Africa, a systems engineer in IBM and Head of Marketing for Apple Asia Pacific.

Caroline has a Masters in Sustainability Leadership from Cambridge University. She is co-founder of B Corp Singapore, serves on the Board of Jesuit Refugee Service Singapore, and is an Ambassador, Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership.
