Head, Creating Shared Value Engagement

Hilary Parsons is Head of Creating Shared Value (CSV) Engagement in the Nestlé Global Public Affairs Department, based at the company headquarters in Vevey, Switzerland. She joined Nestlé in 1990 in the United Kingdom when she was head of Corporate Affairs and transferred to the global Head Office in October 2007. She is responsible for the overall management of partnerships and multilateral relations, Creating Shared Value reporting to G4 Comprehensive Level and the organization of the company’s global stakeholder convenings, the CSV Forum and the CSV Prize. Hilary is a member of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Stakeholder Council representing business stakeholders. She also contributed to the development of model guidance on reporting ESG information to investors via the sustainable Stock Exchange Initiative.
