Dmitry Kyko graduated from the Belarusian State Economic University and the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus. Mr. Kyko worked in various positions at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Belarus from 2000 to 2010. Since 2010, he has been working at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus. The position of the Head of the Main Department of Tax Policy and Budget Revenues was held by Mr. Kyko from 2010 to 2014. Since March 2014, he has been appointed as the Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Belarus. Dmitry Kyko is the Chairman of the Public Advisory Council on Auditing Activities of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus and the Chairman of the Coordinating Council on the approximation of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus to the International Financial Reporting Standards.
